This just isn’t worth the money. I expected more for the price, and it felt like way too much effort to deal with for something that didn’t really deliver.

I had mixed feelings about these. They seemed like a good idea and I was hoping they’d help protect my jack feet better, but after using them, they just didn’t hold up the way I expected. They might be fine for light use, but for me they didn’t offer the protection I was looking for.

I checked the size before ordering. Thought I was good. Then the weekend came, I went to put them on my leveling jacks, and… nope. They just didn’t fit right. Tried messing with them for a bit, thinking maybe I was missing something, but no luck. Ended up having to send them back. Frustrating, and it kind of wasted the time I had set aside to get it done.

I had a problem with my order and reached out for help, thinking it would be straightforward. At first I figured it might just take a little time, but this is where it got annoying: the replies were slow, and when they did respond, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to repeat the same details more than once, and it still felt like nothing was actually being fixed. it seemed like they were more interested in closing the ticket than solving the problem. They said my package would arrive Tuesday, but it didn’t show up until a few days later. The tracking barely helped and just felt pointless. I’ve used other delivery services that at least keep the updates accurate, so this was frustrating

I reached out expecting the warranty support they said I’d get, but it was a letdown. It took forever for anyone to respond, and when they finally did, they didn’t really help much. They made it sound like the process would be simple and supportive, but it felt like a bunch of empty promises...

I had a fitment question and it took customer service a while to get back to me. When they finally did, the reply was short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up having to dig around on my own to figure it out. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely expected a bit more help.

I ordered from rvsnappad.com the site was more frustrating than I expected. I kept thinking, okay, this should be simple, just find the set that fits my RV and move on… but nope. It took me longer than it should have, and I felt like the pages kept bouncing me around instead of helping me narrow it down.

The checkout did eventually work, so I’ll give it that. But even then, it felt a little clunky. After I placed the order, I was sitting there wondering, did that actually go through? I ended up checking my email and even my spam folder just to make sure I hadn’t missed something.

The product itself might be perfectly fine, and I’m hoping it is. But the ordering experience definitely needs some smoothing out. For what these cost, I expected the process to feel a lot more straightforward and a lot less like I was guessing my way through it

Overall, a very satisfactory customer service experience, which was nice because I was kind of in a hurry

The rubber feels really Solid and seems like it’ll hold up well. No cracking or weird wear yet, so I’m happy with it so Far.

I picked up the SnapPads for my RV last year, and putting them on was straightforward. They seemed sturdy right away, and from what I’ve seen so far, they’ve done fine at most of the campsites we’ve stayed at.
That said, after a few trips, one of the pads has started showing a little more wear than I expected, with some small cracking around the edge. I can’t say for sure if it’s the pad, the surfaces we parked on, or just normal use, but for the price, I was hoping they’d hold up a bit better. Still usable, just not perfect

I expected the install to be quick, but it ended up taking me way longer than I planned, well, maybe not way longer, but definitely longer than it should have.

I put these on my RV jacks before our last trip, and they’ve been handy. They seem to grab better on gravel and softer dirt, so I’m not always messing around dragging blocks out, because of course every campsite is either uneven, muddy, or full of rocks. Getting them installed took a bit of pushing and patience, like most RV things do. The price feels a little high, but everything for RVs seems overpriced anyway. So far, they’re doing the job and I’m happy with them

I put these on before our last trip i kept thinking, why didn’t I do this sooner? It cut down on a bunch of those little leveling pad chores I always end up doing, cleaning things off, dragging stuff around, trying not to make a bigger mess. They’re not magic on really soft ground, but overall I’m happy with them.

I thought this would be a simple no-drilling install, but... it just didn’t fit right on my RV pads. Ended up wasting most of the afternoon trying to make it work, and support wasn’t really much help either.

I asked for a replacement and then heard nothing for days. It was really frustrating because I had plans that depended on getting this sorted out, and the delay basically ruined them. Support wasn’t helpful at all, and the whole experience left me disappointed

I was disappointed when these arrived. In the pictures they looked a lot sleeker, but in person the pads are bulky and have that slightly cheap, puffy look around the edges. Just not what I was expecting.

I bought these because I was tired of the coach feeling shaky every time someone moved around inside. They were easy to get set up and they fit fine, so at first I was thinking they might actually do the trick. I will say they seem decent enough, but at the same time I can’t say they made a huge difference.
The rocking is still there when someone walks through the coach, though maybe it’s slightly less noticeable. It’s kind of weird because I don’t regret buying them, but I also expected more for the price. Not a bad product, just not the solid fix I was hoping for.
